Diabetes

Diabetes also called as Blood-Sugar, the most frequent and Upcoming Disease now-a-days. Although its true we should avoid having Sugar, but it should be restricted to having in large quantities. Having few amount of sugar, daily also give us Energy to Move. Few Symptoms of Diabetes could be:

More Thirst, Frequent Urination, Inflammation in Feet, Loosening Heart due to Hunger.

If these few cases, prevail for few days, need to be consulted to the Doctor.

Diabetes isn't caused ONLY by Having Sugar containing food, but with other reasons like: Stress, lack of Exercises and Workout could cause Sugar-level in Body. For this very reason, we should have Easy yet Regular Workouts or an Hour Walk, to burn the Calories, Sweat and letting the Body organs work with Ease to Digets and better effluent of waste material from the Body.

No matter food materials including both Fruits and Vegetables, having high sugar-content like: raisins, bananas, rice, potatoes, carrot, mango, sweet potatoes should be avoided if possible. Having sweetened beverages results in Raising Sugar-level in Blood, Instantly, which should bypass. Food having Low-Carbohydrates, Calories are generally Helpful.

    My mother do have similar symptoms as Frequent urination after having sugar-liquid and hunger before regular Meals.

    Is she too suffering from Diabetes?

  2. Hi, These could be Dillon. Better you check her eating habits, if she's eager to have a lot of Sugarly foods and More meals.

    better have Diabetes-test, Empty stomach(in morning) and after having Food.
